What time is check-in and check-out?
Check-in is from 2:00 PM and check-out is until 12:00 PM. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability.
Do you serve breakfast at the hotel?
Currently, we do not offer an on-site breakfast service. However, our prime location in West Hanoi means you are just a short walk away from fantastic local cafes, bakeries, and authentic Vietnamese morning eateries. Our front desk team is always happy to recommend the best nearby spots to start your day!
Is parking available at the hotel?
Yes! We offer convenient, private on-site parking for our guests. The cost is VND 50,000 per day, and the best part is that no advance reservation is required. Simply arrive, park, and check in.
